This means that we do not charge any legal fees or costs up front. We sign you up as a client, we fight for your rights, and we do not charge you a cent until you win. We also pay for all of the legal expenses in your case with no charge to you. At the end of your case, the legal fee is a reasonable percentage of whatever money we get from the insurance company. In other words, if you do not win your case, and the insurance company does not pay, we do not bill you for any legal fees.
